A workout routine for overweight people

Do you want to workout but find that group classes are impossible if you weight too much?

Does it feel like just as you get a move, the group has moved on to the next one? Or do you have to sit out some moves because they are just too difficult to do?

And does it make you feel like a failure and fitness is a goal that is just out of your reach?

A word of caution, if you are overweight, you should consult with your doctor before starting an exercise program. And work to your best ability. If something is difficult to do, do not push through. Do the best you can. And if you persevere, you may find that what was impossible one day, may be easy to do in a few weeks.
